Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship virtual and potential in-person Tech Summits
Analyze candidate survey data and event metrics to identify areas for growth
Serve as the central lead for recruiting partners and technical instructors
Partner with Talent Brand and Marketing to develop compelling recruiting materials
Manage event logistics with agility, including external vendor relationships and budget oversight
Drive the transition from event attendee to applicant by tracking event alumni

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Event Planning or combination of both
At least 1 year of Google Suite experience
At least 3 years of experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting (preferred)
