Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms
Partner with cross functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Facilities
Streamline operations and execute on high level strategic initiatives that enhance the associate experience
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
Apply exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity
