About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and implementation of strategies around associate engagement events and experiences
- Coordinate associate engagement related activities including recognition, learning & development, and culture-related initiatives
- Serve as Bank contact with Global Workplace Services (real estate and office space), managing office footprint and seating allocations across teams
- Execute proactive communication about footprint health, including monthly and quarterly data updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, or Program Management
- At least 3 years of experience managing executive level stakeholders across different business functions
- At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of LLMs and general AI assistants like Google Gemini
- Strong data and excel skills to enable analysis of associate data
- Demonstrate strong influential communications across levels, teams and organizations
- Ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership
