About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a pivotal role in supporting and executing strategic communication efforts
- Partner with team leads to execute external communications campaigns
- Lead communications planning and execution for the Commercial Real Estate and New Markets Tax Credits lines-of-business
- Manage concurrent and effective communications tactics
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate and provide communications counsel to senior banking executives
- Develop compelling presentations, strategies and campaign metrics reports
- Stay informed about industry trends to inform communication strategies
- Provide crisis counsel and issues management for the Commercial Bank
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of communications experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Public relations or communications experience in commercial banking, commercial real estate, capital markets, or B2B technology (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with external stakeholders (preferred)
- At least 2 years of developing and executing thought leadership campaigns for external audiences (preferred)
