About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the charge on migrating US Card Recoveries onto Capital One’s next-generation data infrastructure.
Accelerate the evolution of Athena, our comprehensive, AI-leveraged source of truth for all Card servicing policies.
Drive delivery for our Card Credit Bureau Disputes team, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and frictionless user experiences.
Partner with Tech and Data Engineering to decommission legacy systems, refine next-gen data products, and build robust, foundational data capabilities.
Define the MVP, ruthlessly prioritize the post-migration backlog, and build airtight business cases.
Act as the ultimate bridge between Business Analysts, Tech, Ops, Risk, and Design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a modernized suite of preventative controls directly into our platform architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred)
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)
