About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage recurring team level operations, including core research program studies and enterprise governance standards.
Research program management, including maintaining & updating our primary research project tracker.
Budget management, ensuring the accurate tracking of our research project spend.
Vendor management, liaising with our primary and secondary research vendors.
Coordinate recurring team level communications, activities such as socializing team capabilities and sharing project pipeline updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Program or Project Management experience
At least 3 years of experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
At least 2 years of Relationship management experience.
