About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Create position descriptions, source and screen candidates, advise hiring managers on hire decisions, and negotiate offers.
  • Source stellar candidates with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
  • Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, events, and open source tech sites to find the best talent.
  • Advise leadership on market trends and better ways to find and retain great talent.
  • Assess difficulty of position to fill and set the candidate pipeline strategy.
  • Engage with hiring manager on progress and determine whether a strategy shift is needed to secure the right talent.
  • Facilitate interview feedback and aid in candidate selection.
  • Make offers and close identified candidates.
  • Be a self-starter that likes to lead change and work on ad-hoc projects beyond core role.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
  • At least 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
