About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full lifecycle recruiting.
- Create position descriptions, source and screen candidates, advise hiring managers on hire decisions, and negotiate offers.
- Source stellar candidates with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
- Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, events, and open source tech sites to find the best talent.
- Advise leadership on market trends and better ways to find and retain great talent.
- Assess difficulty of position to fill and set the candidate pipeline strategy.
- Engage with hiring manager on progress and determine whether a strategy shift is needed to secure the right talent.
- Facilitate interview feedback and aid in candidate selection.
- Make offers and close identified candidates.
- Be a self-starter that likes to lead change and work on ad-hoc projects beyond core role.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- At least 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- At least 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
