About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in identifying and assessing risk for decisions impacting the Network, Participants, or Cardholders.
- Act as a liaison between Discover Network, Diners Club International, and/or PULSE Network and key stakeholders and process owners, facilitating effective challenge, approval, and reporting processes.
- Build and implementation of program components including but not limited to Third Party Risk Management, Resolution Planning, and Operational Risk Scenarios.
- Risk Consulting to one or more Business Areas relative to their business lines and provide advice and guidance as required.
- Client Management - Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders that enable collaboration across the enterprise.
- Coordinate with applicable business areas and second line of defense to define/ implement remediation activities.
- Monitoring and Reporting of Risk and Compliance.
- Partnership with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Change Management, and other risk management programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of Risk Management Experience
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
- Certifications including but not limited to PMP, CRM, CIPP, CRCM.
