Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in training design or development delivery, or a combination of both
At least 1 year of experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360 or other online interactive e-Learning courseware
At least 1 year of experience applying instructional design in digital modalities
1+ year of experience guiding learning solutions in a corporate setting (preferred)
1+ year of experience with mobile content creation/curation and delivery (preferred)
1+ year of experience using multimedia tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar) (preferred)
1+ year of experience working with graphics tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) (preferred)
1+ year of experience in project management (preferred)
