About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute high-quality communication designs including document layout, presentations, logos/identities, spot illustration, infographics, photo editing, and emails.
Own the internal brand and maintain a cohesive visual language for all internal communications.
Lead event branding and environmental designs for internal events.
Manage two external agencies and ensure all work produced meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and attend project briefings, pitch and reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
At least 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat), Figma, and Mac systems.
Proficient in software programs: LumApps CMS, Adobe After Effects/Animate, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LucidChart
Proficient in Google Suite
