Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of coordinators that deliver logistical and scheduling support for candidate interviews within a specific Line of Business (LOB)
Partner with TA counterparts, leveraging data to execute the strategy for interviewer supply and demand planning and quarterly scheduling
Track progress and shift priorities as needed
Collaborate with team on staffing and budget management practices for consistent capacity alignment and service level delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of Human Resources or Business experience
1+ year of People Leadership (Preferred)
1+ year of experience in Project or Process Management (Preferred)
1+ year of data analysis experience (Preferred)
1+ year of experience in interview scheduling management (Preferred)
