Combine craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions
Demonstrate a high degree of skill in product design across interaction, visual and service design
Lead design projects, directing work for team members and building partnerships with stakeholders
Effectively navigate the needs of partners and stakeholders while ensuring focus on customer-centered solutions
Demonstrate proficiency with products and processes, applying insights on customers and market trends to business challenges
Use knowledge of tech, data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work
Collaborate across lines of business and the organization to foster collaboration and share solutions
Present work using a human-centered approach that influences strategic decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
Experience leading design projects or teams
Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
