Key responsibilities & impact

Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
Leverage strong writing and understanding of user experience design skills to craft compelling digital content
Use data, research insights and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
Work with team and partners to gather feedback, understand tech/data capabilities and emerging technologies
Build relationships with cross-functional partners and continuously identify opportunities to collaborate
Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach, effectively articulating decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
At least 2 years of experience working with and contributing to an established design system
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
