Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with SQL to interrogate vast datasets and analyse trends to spot gaps for improvement and growth
Own external relationships and become the internal subject matter expert on all things relating to your partner
Deliver the roadmap and marketing strategy for your partner - from managing product launches to shaping the direction for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with teams across the business to drive growth that mutually benefits your partner and Capital One
Ensure all aspects of your partnership are managed with the utmost attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative approach
A resilient mindset, with a desire to work in a fast paced environment
Strong mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
A structured and well-organised approach to all aspects of the role
Desirable (not essential) Experience using SQL (or similar) to query large databases
Experience working within a regulated environment
Background in owning marketing channel performance, third party relationships and/or operational elements
