Key responsibilities & impact

Effectively managing processes and workflow to safeguard standardization and consistency for campaign and project success
Leading end-to-end delivery projects for mid-level complexity campaigns or projects from initiation through execution and closure
Utilizing RACI documentation to manage team involvement, roles and responsibilities
Utilizing Adobe Workfront for project management activities, including: project initiation, crafting project plans, managing resourcing of tasks, updating project timelines and status
Managing process controls including facilitating project approvals from internal stakeholders
Proactively monitoring project work for risks and identifying and proactively resolving issues
Creating and managing project status reporting to keep stakeholders informed
Serving as the point of contact for all project process related questions and issues
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards and policies across all project deliverables and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 1 year of project management experience
Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
3+ years of project management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Strong project leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in project management and work management software
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Experience in marketing operations for financial services or highly regulated industry (preferred)
Risk Management experience (preferred)
