Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing and messaging initiatives for the Branded Card business segment.
Manage an Execution Manager and a team of project managers.
Oversee resource capacity, manage delivery risks, and drive process improvements.
Foster a culture of transparency and psychological safety.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery conflicts.
Identify systemic inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
Oversee preparation of delivery metrics and performance reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
At least 1 Year of People Management experience
Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
8+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
2+ years of People Management experience (Preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (Preferred)
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills (Preferred)
