About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the Capital One LMS with a tech, automation, and AI-first mindset
Define and track annual success measures focusing on capability gaps and specific business outcomes
Align internal partners (e.g., product, data, tech) to a set of prioritized learning platform capabilities across the entire Capital One enterprise
Lead the go-to-market planning, launch, and execution of new features, updates, and pilots, with a specific focus on AI enablement, in coordination with internal learning, product, and data leads
Identify, prioritize, and execute high leverage opportunities for admin and end user support automations that enhance admin team and learner productivity
Navigate back office system dependencies (e.g., HR systems, Associate Experience, access management, cyber) and negotiate for prioritization that enhance a seamless, intuitive learner experience
Establish and refine global standards for system use, ensuring documentation is both comprehensive and cleanly simple
Build an enterprise-wide community collectively focused on learning governance that enables learners to simply surface relevant and trusted learning
Maintain an audit-ready environment that manages the ongoing execution of +20 regular audits
Meet regularly with business leaders and consultants to translate organizational needs into business case build outs for new L&D capabilities and AI enablement across our tech stack

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in strategic process, project, or program management
At least 3 years of people management experience
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Information Technology, or Communications
Experience managing audit-ready systems in a regulated environment
3+ years in L&D, HR or EdTech system management
