About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the Capital One LMS with a tech, automation, and AI-first mindset
  • Define and track annual success measures focusing on capability gaps and specific business outcomes
  • Align internal partners (e.g., product, data, tech) to a set of prioritized learning platform capabilities across the entire Capital One enterprise
  • Lead the go-to-market planning, launch, and execution of new features, updates, and pilots, with a specific focus on AI enablement, in coordination with internal learning, product, and data leads
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high leverage opportunities for admin and end user support automations that enhance admin team and learner productivity
  • Navigate back office system dependencies (e.g., HR systems, Associate Experience, access management, cyber) and negotiate for prioritization that enhance a seamless, intuitive learner experience
  • Establish and refine global standards for system use, ensuring documentation is both comprehensive and cleanly simple
  • Build an enterprise-wide community collectively focused on learning governance that enables learners to simply surface relevant and trusted learning
  • Maintain an audit-ready environment that manages the ongoing execution of +20 regular audits
  • Meet regularly with business leaders and consultants to translate organizational needs into business case build outs for new L&D capabilities and AI enablement across our tech stack

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic process, project, or program management
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Information Technology, or Communications
  • Experience managing audit-ready systems in a regulated environment
  • 3+ years in L&D, HR or EdTech system management
