Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound collections calls.
  • Provide the best customer service through listening and understanding customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience working in the financial industry (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of Collections experience (preferred)
