About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to generate actionable business insight and support IAM strategy
Analyze data requirements and requests from management, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving
Lead a team of cyber data analysts providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight
Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise-grade IAM frameworks by utilizing advanced data engineering and programmatic automation to build resilient, high-availability identity solutions
Present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non-technical areas in clear and concise terms

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in Information Security
At least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in people management (Preferred)
5+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (Preferred)
3+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint ISC (Preferred)
4+ years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment (Preferred)
4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python and REST development (Preferred)
3+ years of experience with database like Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau (Preferred)
1+ years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI tools and services (Preferred)
AWS Certification (Preferred)
