lead the development and implementation of short and long term strategic programs for the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
At least 7 years of people management experience
5+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred)
5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred)
6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred)
3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams (preferred)
