Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the multi-year roadmap and prioritize major features based on strategic business goals.
Own the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product.
Act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance.
Champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through to customer advocacy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products
At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams
At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption.
Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.
Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo).
Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices.
Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics.
Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner).
