About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with risk managers, product and process owners in delivering executed processes
Diagnose issues and create processes to prevent future issues
Collaborate with leaders to improve Capital One’s risk profile
Educate stakeholders on health and performance of processes supporting US Card
Guides business customer through Risk Event and/or Issue containment and remediation
Make recommendations for corrective actions and relationship management
Drive investigation of root cause and problem solving for remediation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Risk, Project or Process Management
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
1 year Risk Event/Issue Manager experience (preferred)
Business Process Management certification or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
