Key responsibilities & impact

Drive critical initiatives in support of a unified, global governance framework.
Influence and execute a multi-year Benefits and HR Services roadmap.
Partner with the International Benefits team to ensure operational stability.
Build and sustain strategic networks to manage processes and communications.
Collaborate globally to manage complex projects, including strategy, schedule, and budget.
Streamline and improve processes, tools, and resources for the International Benefits team.
Seek diverse perspectives from in-country experts for cultural relevance.
Manage global entity structure changes and associated documentation.
Analyze benefit program metrics for improvements and economies of scale.
Manage relationships with external vendors (if applicable).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
At least 2 years of experience working within a matrixed environment
At least 2 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of process management experience
3+ years of experience in benefits (preferred)
Project Management certification (preferred)
Process Management certification (preferred)
Professional Human Resources certification (preferred)
