About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage third-party partnerships for Lease Administration, Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Compliance, and Transaction Management
  • Oversee the execution of all legacy network transactions, including acquisitions, renewals, sales, terminations, and subleases
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivables associated with the Retail portfolio
  • Coordination of project and FM governance, ensuring that facility operations and project execution meet standards
  • Serve as the single business contact for the Retail Real Estate portfolio’s legal matters
  • Responsible for ensuring Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) regulatory compliance for the Retail Bank
  • Forge and maintain relationships across Market Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Operations, or Transaction Management
  • At least 7 years of experience in vendor management or multi-million dollar budget oversight
  • At least 5 years of experience in people leadership or leading cross-functional project teams
