About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the business owner to build roadmaps through forecasting grounded in capacity planning, high-level estimates of work and target dates
Harmonize competing priorities into a single, unified and actionable path forward by working with multiple stakeholders
Facilitate the intake process for new work entering the portfolio, ensuring the work is aligned to goals and has clearly defined scope and value
Adhere to Enterprise & GPN governance during intake, ensuring strong risk management, operational excellence, and transparent decision-making
Provide portfolio metrics, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision making
Facilitate the prioritization of the Product Area / Family backlog in adherence to the GPN Portfolio Management standards
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of Jira experience
4+ years of Product, Business or Technical experience preferred
2+ years of experience in Process management preferred
