Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
At least 3 years of experience with Government-Sponsored Enterprises (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or CMBS asset management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (Preferred).
At least 3 years specifically in loan asset management,
Freddie Mac Certified Inspector status or equivalent field inspection experience.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
