About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies
  • Drive superior success by contributing to the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform
  • Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform
  • Perform product and process troubleshooting
  • Conduct in-market visits to dealerships for relationship fostering and customer enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
