About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers
Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies
Drive superior success by contributing to the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform
Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform
Perform product and process troubleshooting
Conduct in-market visits to dealerships for relationship fostering and customer enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
