About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analysis focused on growing customer relationships by leveraging data to influence and measure the outcomes for customers and business through digital experiences
- Provide analytical recommendations for driving and optimizing offer presentation to maximize customer and business value through digital channels
- Develop the destination vision for Offers in EASE with product partners
- Define what destination looks like, how to measure it, and how to get there from where we are today
- Ideate with product teams on what new features or changes are necessary to achieve destination
- Design experiments to test feature effectiveness including key hypotheses, supporting metrics, power analyses for durations, and credit risk implications
- Monitor experiments post-launch and interpret results after conclusion to advance the digital strategy
- Provide insights on digital customer behavior to quantify business impact and guide decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analysis is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services is preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in people management is preferred
