About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analysis focused on growing customer relationships by leveraging data to influence and measure the outcomes for customers and business through digital experiences
Provide analytical recommendations for driving and optimizing offer presentation to maximize customer and business value through digital channels
Develop the destination vision for Offers in EASE with product partners
Define what destination looks like, how to measure it, and how to get there from where we are today
Ideate with product teams on what new features or changes are necessary to achieve destination
Design experiments to test feature effectiveness including key hypotheses, supporting metrics, power analyses for durations, and credit risk implications
Monitor experiments post-launch and interpret results after conclusion to advance the digital strategy
Provide insights on digital customer behavior to quantify business impact and guide decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering is preferred
5+ years of experience in analysis is preferred
2+ years of experience in financial services is preferred
1+ year of experience in consulting is preferred
2+ years of experience in people management is preferred
