Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic thought partner for our leadership team
Own the health and rhythm of the organization, ensuring team forums and routines run with discipline, clarity, and continuity
Understand the organization’s strategy and vision, lead the leadership to drive and track goals and priorities
Drive the communication strategy for the Tower/Leader
Assist the leadership team with strategic planning including financial and resource planning
Develop context to identify and surface needs and risks across initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in staff management and training
At least 5 years of experience in budget management
At least 7 years of experience in organizational development and performance
At least 7 years of experience in project or process management
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development
