About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive improvements in credit performance by creating risk models
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
