Plan, design, manage, execute and document project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met while maintaining project plans and critical documentation
Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Demonstrate outstanding communication skill
Display exceptional consulting and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders across all levels to understand business problems
Assist teams in developing program objectives and corresponding key results to tie back to value-delivered
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Military experience
At least 4 years of experience in Project or Process Management
At least 1 year of experience working directly with Senior Leadership
Masters or MBA degree (Preferred)
7+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
2+ years of People Management experience (Preferred)
2+ years of Jira experience (Preferred)
2+ years of Finance systems experience (Preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
