About the role
- Oversee customer and associate facing experiences for Core Card Experiences
- Lead high-impact, highly complex projects and define design strategies
- Collaborate deeply with design and research teams and leadership
- Use quantitative and qualitative testing to ensure content meets user needs
- Provide guidance, direction and mentorship to design roles
- Champion voices of both customers and partners
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a content design, strategy, or UX writing
- 10+ years of experience in a content design, strategy or UX writing preferred
- 8+ years of experience working with and contributing to an existing design system
- Experience leading high-impact, highly complex projects from strategy through delivery to market
- Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing, and analytics leaders across multiple business lines
- Proficiency with web and mobile technologies
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building across complex organizations
