About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and administer Capital One’s ABAC compliance program across the enterprise
Conduct ABAC due diligence on third-party suppliers or network participants
Establish and maintain Mandatory Time Away program across the enterprise
Monitor emerging ABAC trends domestically and internationally
Develop presentations, briefings, and responses for senior leadership, auditors, and stakeholders
Mentor other associate(s) across the enterprise in the performance of program functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, legal, or audit role
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with business clients
5+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, legal, or audit role (Preferred)
3+ years of experience working with or applying the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), or Bank Bribery Act (BBA) (Preferred)
3+ years of experience working with a third-party or network participant due diligence process (Preferred)
3+ years of experience working with data tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Preferred)
2+ years of experience monitoring or maintaining Network relationships or the execution of Network Participants (Preferred)
