Lead moderate to large sized teams on high-priority initiatives and work streams
Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams
Manage a large set of stakeholders
Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and budget
Communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues across all levels of the program
Deliver results and influence business outcomes across all levels of the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of project management experience
2+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on IT projects preferred
5+ year of experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
5+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
5+ years of project management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
