About the role
- Drive operational excellence for the enterprise Talent and Performance Management platform
- Design and manage the end-to-end 'repeatable pilot process' for new platform capabilities
- Lead the operational testing lifecycle for monthly releases and major cycle launches
- Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational 'tickets'
- Maintain the team’s RAID trackers and risk registers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations, HR Technology, or Tech Implementations (preferred)
- Proven experience in UAT coordination and managing operational support queues (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation (preferred)
