About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational excellence for the enterprise Talent and Performance Management platform
Design and manage the end-to-end 'repeatable pilot process' for new platform capabilities
Lead the operational testing lifecycle for monthly releases and major cycle launches
Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational 'tickets'
Maintain the team’s RAID trackers and risk registers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations, HR Technology, or Tech Implementations (preferred)
Proven experience in UAT coordination and managing operational support queues (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation (preferred)
