About the role

  • Own the end to end mentorship process for Students and Grads Tech encompassing allocation, training and support for all mentors for our full time associates and interns
  • Deliver a high impact graduation event twice a year marking the milestone from program associate to alumni
  • Create and maintain an Alumni Database to improve visibility of program volunteer opportunities and engage alumni of all levels across the full population totaling over 3,100 associates.
  • Create and execute a continuous recognition strategy to celebrate associate longevity and retention by honoring key alumni milestones with events and strategic touch points.
  • Manage comprehensive communications across multiple channels including team calendars, Google Sites, email, newsletters, and Slack

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in program or project management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or engagement or a combination of both
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or consulting (preferred)
  • Experience working at a technology company (preferred)
  • Experience with project management (preferred)
  • Experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting (preferred)
  • Proficient knowledge of G Suites including Google Slides and Google Sheets (preferred)
