About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice, ensuring robust detection of market abuse and conduct risk
  • Act as the primary technical lead for high-stakes presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
  • Own the creation of exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and 'BRDs' that translate nuanced compliance requirements into clear engineering blueprints

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
