Key responsibilities & impact

Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice, ensuring robust detection of market abuse and conduct risk
Act as the primary technical lead for high-stakes presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
Own the creation of exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and 'BRDs' that translate nuanced compliance requirements into clear engineering blueprints
Demonstrate elite organizational skills by managing complex roadmaps, competing stakeholder priorities, and rigorous audit trails
Partner with internal legal and risk teams to anticipate shifting global regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
