About the role
- Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice, ensuring robust detection of market abuse and conduct risk
- Act as the primary technical lead for high-stakes presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Own the creation of exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and 'BRDs' that translate nuanced compliance requirements into clear engineering blueprints
- Demonstrate elite organizational skills by managing complex roadmaps, competing stakeholder priorities, and rigorous audit trails
- Partner with internal legal and risk teams to anticipate shifting global regulations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
