About the role
- Execute the functional administration of the loan originations platform
- Partner with the manager to test, implement, and drive adoption for untapped platform features
- Explore and assist in the deployment of automation flows to replace manual processes
- Stay current with platform updates to identify opportunities for process automation
- Partner cross-functionally to provide tactical support and technical insight
- Act as a technical representative for internal and external customers
- Support the timely execution of projects within a challenging environment
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the originations platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
- At least 2 years of SaaS Platform Administration experience
- At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
- 3+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (Preferred)
- 3+ years of SaaS Platform Administration experience (Preferred)
