About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the functional administration of the loan originations platform
Partner with the manager to test, implement, and drive adoption for untapped platform features
Explore and assist in the deployment of automation flows to replace manual processes
Stay current with platform updates to identify opportunities for process automation
Partner cross-functionally to provide tactical support and technical insight
Act as a technical representative for internal and external customers
Support the timely execution of projects within a challenging environment
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the originations platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of SaaS Platform Administration experience
At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
3+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (Preferred)
3+ years of SaaS Platform Administration experience (Preferred)
