About the role
- Lead moderate sized operations teams
- Lead a small team of high performing process and project associates
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations
- Analyze data to proactively identify risks and trends
- Support internal business resource planning
- Provide guidance and advice to business partners on implementing operational changes
- Drive collaboration between various functions
- Ensure independent escalation of risk management gaps, issues, and concerns
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve operations and risk management
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 4 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 4 Years of People Management experience
- At least 4 Years of Leading Operations Teams
- Masters or MBA degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- 5+ years of People Management experience (Preferred)
- 5+ Years of Leading Operations Teams (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (Preferred)
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills (Preferred)
