Key responsibilities & impact

Drive strategy and execute on high-priority projects for the company
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the implementation of customer-facing agentic servicing solutions utilizing Generative AI
Collaborate with technology, product, and business partners to define and execute the strategic roadmap for GenAI-powered service agents
Identify and proactively manage project risks unique to GenAI deployment
Ensure seamless integration between the GenAI platform development, the Customer Agentic strategy, and overall customer service operations
Provide strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and manage project plans
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
At least 1 Year of People Management experience
8+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
3+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
