About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high-priority projects for the company
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the implementation of customer-facing agentic servicing solutions utilizing Generative AI
- Collaborate with technology, product, and business partners to define and execute the strategic roadmap for GenAI-powered service agents
- Identify and proactively manage project risks unique to GenAI deployment
- Ensure seamless integration between the GenAI platform development, the Customer Agentic strategy, and overall customer service operations
- Provide strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
- Design, develop, and manage project plans
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 Year of People Management experience
- 8+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
