About the role
- Serve as the operational "Command Center" for the Retail Real Estate Execution team
- Act as the central project manager for the transaction lifecycle
- Initiate, track, and close out legal workflows
- Own the execution of quarterly Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) compliance controls
- Oversee the physical and digital mail infrastructure
- Lead the preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Operations, or Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- At least 2 years of experience in vendor management or performance tracking
