About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the operational "Command Center" for the Retail Real Estate Execution team
Act as the central project manager for the transaction lifecycle
Initiate, track, and close out legal workflows
Own the execution of quarterly Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) compliance controls
Oversee the physical and digital mail infrastructure
Lead the preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Operations, or Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management
At least 3 years of experience in project management
At least 2 years of experience in vendor management or performance tracking
