Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop learning materials to support Retail Banking Teams
Partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials
Analyze learning needs and develop blended learning solutions
Script videos, storyboard e-Learning courses, structure simulations, create digital games
Collaborate with SMEs, Project Managers and other Learning Experience Designers
Create evidence-based assessments and evaluation methods
Follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design
At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, Camtasia)
5+ years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities (Preferred)
1+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design (Preferred)
2+ years of experience with mobile content creation, curation and delivery (Preferred)
2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing software) (Preferred)
Proficiency with Google Suite (Preferred)
