Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of Program Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)
Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
6+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management experience (preferred)
5+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams within an organization (preferred)
3+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management or Business Process Management certification (preferred)
3+ years of compliance or risk management experience (preferred)
3+ years of change management experience (preferred)
