About the role
- Maximize business impact and learner value from our learning vendor tools, particularly content and skills solutions (e.g. Udemy) and authoring solutions (e.g. Articulate).
- Proactively align partner roadmaps with our internal enterprise learning priorities and platform direction with focus on AI enablement.
- Define and track annual success measures for each partner, focusing on capability gaps and specific business outcomes.
- Act as the lead for all escalations and executive touchpoints for key vendors.
- Manage risks and overlaps between vendors to ensure a targeted ecosystem of offerings.
- Create and execute comprehensive plans, including campaigns, toolkits, and leader-ready messaging to drive platform awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate with communications teams and learning consultants to boost platform usage and learner engagement.
- Lead the go to market launch and execution of new features, content updates, and pilots, with specific focus on AI enablement, in coordination with internal Learning, Product, and Data leads.
- Establish and maintain clean operational processes for user access, reporting, and technical support with a default to automation and scale.
- Manage the technical integration of partner content into broader ecosystem to ensure a seamless, performance-connected learner experience.
- Meet regularly with business leaders and consultants to translate organizational needs into business case build outs for new L&D capabilities and AI enablement across tech stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in vendor management, strategic program management, or a related strategy role within the Learning & Development (L&D) or EdTech industry.
- At least 3 years of experience leading project delivery for cross functional projects
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Information Technology, or Communications.
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis
- 1+ of experience in consulting or contract negotiation
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
