About the role
- Manage the development of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups management; make final recommendations for approval on changes
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance our data management practices, processes and controls, and validations
- Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
- Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes
- Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends
- Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new intent
- Effectively partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the health of the process
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events
- Creating and validating processes
- Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
- Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of Process, Project, or Risk Management experience
- At least 3 years of Continual Improvement experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience delivering technology and system implementation programs (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with Technology or Cyber Risk Management (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with Jira (preferred)
