About the role

  • Apply your project, program management and analytical skills to major company challenges.
  • Lead a team with world-class professionals to develop and deliver strategies and projects that ultimately impact the bottom line.
  • Lead initiatives in the Partnerships business supporting commercial and consumer partners and customers.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, and General Managers to continuously improve the customer experience for Partnership customers.
  • Provide operational support to existing partners and internal teams to ensure efficient processes.
  • Develop business strategies that will drive growth and improved customer experience success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of Relationship Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative or quantitative analysis
  • Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external business clients (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in People Management (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in qualitative or quantitative analysis (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with project management platforms (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence) (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
