About the role
- Manage the control suite for Card Clearing including control builds, control strategy and control testing
- Identify, escalate, and control risks within the transaction lifecycle (Authorizations, Clearing, and Posting)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments
- Deliver and maintain a well-managed ecosystem for Card Clearing
- Collaborate with Product and Tech leaders to address gaps and deliver improvements
- Provide effective coaching and consistent feedback to your team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience with controls or audit
- At least 2 years of experience working with analytical, data management, or software engineering teams
- At least 2 years of People Management experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience with controls or audits preferred
- 3+ years of People Management experience preferred
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Business Process Management Certification preferred
