Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in underwriting, asset management, or portfolio management
- Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in underwriting, asset management, or portfolio management in affordable housing (preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills (preferred)
