- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Manage and develop multiple analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive improvements in credit performance through analytics
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent and oversee projects
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 2 years of experience performing people management
- At least 2 years of experience performing project management
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
- 3+ years of experience in people management preferred
