About the role

  • Support the day-to-day management of Growth Consulting Office Hour engagement
  • Focus on process management and execution of Office Hours for small businesses
  • Relationship management with program’s incubator/accelerator partners and their small businesses
  • Engaging associate volunteers in executing on the program
  • Support key partner relationships with Incubators, Accelerators, and other organizations supporting small businesses
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement for the Growth Consulting program
  • Engage in the design of new Office Hour services, offerings, and best practices
  • Assist in building the tools necessary to scale for Office Hours
  • Program technology implementation and management

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in program management, project management, or event management
  • 1+ years of experience in pro bono programming
  • 1+ years of experience with talent recruitment and placement for professional services or volunteer recruitment
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting services
  • 1+ years of experience with Social Impact programming
  • Strong digital communication skills including presentations to executive audiences and non profit audiences
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in customer and client management
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and working cross functionally
