About the role
- Support the day-to-day management of Growth Consulting Office Hour engagement
- Focus on process management and execution of Office Hours for small businesses
- Relationship management with program’s incubator/accelerator partners and their small businesses
- Engaging associate volunteers in executing on the program
- Support key partner relationships with Incubators, Accelerators, and other organizations supporting small businesses
- Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement for the Growth Consulting program
- Engage in the design of new Office Hour services, offerings, and best practices
- Assist in building the tools necessary to scale for Office Hours
- Program technology implementation and management
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in program management, project management, or event management
- 1+ years of experience in pro bono programming
- 1+ years of experience with talent recruitment and placement for professional services or volunteer recruitment
- 1+ years of experience in consulting services
- 1+ years of experience with Social Impact programming
- Strong digital communication skills including presentations to executive audiences and non profit audiences
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in customer and client management
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and working cross functionally
